Patrick C. Veroneau, MS

Since 2008, Patrick has been passionately identifying and researching the most effective behaviors to help individuals, teams, and organizations rise above their best as leaders.

His intense focus in the areas of emotional intelligence, DiSC personality, influence, and unconscious biases has provided him the resources to develop a unique leadership development system where participants learn to apply the strategies and behaviors needed to inspire, empower and compel others to follow.

Whether it’s managing conflict, practicing candor, improving diversity and inclusion, managing change, improving organizational culture or any other leadership challenge that involves motivating and engaging others to follow, Patrick’s leadership systems are able to balance research and theory with relevant and real-world applications.
